The Next of Kin Password enables your Next of Kin, in the event of your death, to access the wishes and instructions that you have stored in Planning Ahead. You should ensure that your Next of Kin are aware of the Next of Kin Password, alternatively, you should leave this Password in a safe place where they can locate it.

If the Next of Kin Password is mislaid or lost after your death, we will give your named Next of Kin access to your stored information in Planning Ahead, provided that the Security Question is answered correctly and on receipt of the death certificate number.

Unless requested otherwise, we will send you a reminder once a year to review and possibly update the information you have

stored in Planning Ahead. If you do not wish to receive this reminder please tick the box.
